Cadet Driver Form

Cadets who will be DRIVING themselves to and from Drill are required to have this completed by your guardians BEFORE you arrive. All cadets RIDING with another Cadets or with 3rd parties are also required to fill out the riding form and your guardian must notify administration before arrival or departure with anyone other than the legal guardian.
