The Naval Sea Cadet Corps and Naval League Cadet Corps are federally chartered, youth training organizations, which help youth, ages 11-17, to explore careers in the Navy and the Coast Guard, both ashore and afloat.  Providing positive role models for young adults, the Naval Sea Cadet Corps objectives are to develop good citizenship, self-discipline, a greater sense of responsibility, and leadership skills.  The program is open to all young Americans regardless of race, color, creed, or sex.
